We specialize in commercial real estate valuation and consultation. Our clients are primarily lenders, attorneys, and pension fund managers who must satisfy a fiduciary duty to their clients. Because we appreciate what this level of responsibility entails, every assignment is performed or closely supervised by a principal in the firm. WCGM was incorporated in 1999. However, the principals have been in business together for the past 25 years.
